Ashok Kumar is a seasoned technology leader with more than 30 years of experience transforming the telecommunications industry. Over his distinguished career, he has held multiple C-level executive roles, driving large-scale digital transformation and broadband expansion initiatives that have reshaped connectivity across the United States.

Most recently, Ashok served as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Brightspeed, an Apollo Global–backed telecom operator serving 20 states. There, he played a founding role in shaping the investment thesis behind Apollo's $7.5 billion acquisition from Lumen Technologies and its subsequent $4 billion expansion. He built Brightspeed's IT organization from the ground up—scaling to more than 1,000 employees and contractors—and launched the world's first fully cloud-native Telecom OSS in just 12 months, enabling fiber deployment and sales from day one of operations.

Prior to Brightspeed, Ashok spent over two decades at Verizon Communications, where he rose to Vice President of Technology and CTO of Verizon's Digital Business. He was instrumental in building Verizon's FiOS fiber-to-the-premise network into a multi-billion-dollar business and pioneered the early adoption of AI and machine learning in telecom operations, customer experience, and workforce management.

A graduate of IIT Madras, Ashok brings deep expertise in scaling technology organizations, architecting next-generation networks, and applying advanced technologies to drive business efficiency and innovation.

Vinay Mantha brings over 25 years of proven leadership across data, analytics, AI, and large-scale digital transformation. A former Managing Director at JPMorgan Chase, Novartis, Accenture, and SapientNitro, Vinay has guided global enterprises through some of their most complex modernization journeys—spanning strategy, operating models, governance, and end-to-end AI adoption.

Vinay has scaled global teams of up to 6,000 professionals and led solution portfolios exceeding $350M, earning a reputation for building high-performance organizations and accelerating enterprise-wide transformation. He has incubated and grown multiple Data, Analytics, and AI Centers of Excellence— many achieving 10–20x scale—while shaping new capabilities in cloud data platforms, predictive intelligence, digital manufacturing, blockchain, and CXO-level insight ecosystems.

At Novartis, Vinay served as Head of Data & Analytics and Enterprise Data Owner for Operations, designing the data operating model and governance framework that powered digital supply, manufacturing science, and technical operations. At Accenture, he led the US West Data Business Group and the 6,000-member Analytics & Blockchain capability globally—launching innovation studios, AI accelerators, and immersive "Art of the Possible" experiences showcased at global hubs.

Rama Pothineni is a business–technology transformation leader and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience driving innovation across banks, insurance companies, financial regulators, and fintechs. As Managing Partner at Nexgentic, he helps organizations transition into AI-native operating models — seamlessly blending strategy, design, and technology to deliver measurable, scalable business impact.

Rama brings deep expertise across enterprise architecture, product management, digital modernization, risk analytics, regulatory compliance, and intelligent automation. He has led complex transformation initiatives across lending, deposits, capital markets, insurance claims, case installation, policy renewals, regulatory reporting, failed-bank resolution, banking risk analysis, and consumer protection.

Recognized for his structured problem-solving, strategic foresight, and ability to bridge vision with execution, Rama has helped institutions remediate regulatory challenges, strengthen governance, accelerate innovation, and achieve meaningful outcomes — including cost reduction, operational efficiency, improved risk posture, and revenue growth.

Rama holds a Master's Degree in Management of Technology from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School and Penn Engineering, where he focused on the intersection of business, engineering, and innovation. He also holds a Master's Degree in Computer Applications from the College of Engineering, Andhra University, India.
